signotec impresses the visitors with the new Alpha Signature Pad as well as with the mobile signature solutions.  

This year’s CeBIT participation was a complete success for the signotec GmbH. These successes were attributable to the new products, which was shown by the signature expert at its exhibition stand in Hall 3. Highlight was the new A4-Pad “Alpha”. It also allows to simultaneously sign an original document and PDF to even meet the written form requirement.          

“We had a series of very interesting  expert talks with people who were interested in the new Alpha ”, says signotec CEO Arne Brandes, “a real A4-sized Signature Pad is exactly what many companies were waiting for. Here are promising projects coming in the near future . The CeBIT was the perfect platform for us to introduce our new Pen Pad among experts.”

Large scaled Pen Pads are especially in great demand, if you want to display complex documents , which has to be signed. Normal Pen Pads are too small for that. Due to a new technical procedure from signotec, even the requirement of the written form, which is essential for e.g. loan agreements, can be fulfilled with the device: The signee places the original document on the Pad, then signs the paper and PDF at the same time via digital blueprint.

Unbroken is also the demand for mobile signature solutions, how Arne Brandes asserted. In this regard signotec showed signature functions for iPad, Android-tablets and iPhone at the CeBIT. Therewith the signature expert follows the growing need of the operators, to jump-start business processes, which require a handwritten signature. Who wants to sign a PDF document, in conformity with the law and handwritten, directly on the tablet, needs a special pen as well as the appropriate app: With “signoSign/mobile” the signotec GmbH has developed a signature software especially for the use on mobile devices.
