Ratingen, 18-Nov.-10.; Ergonomic shapes and infinite variety of colours characterize the new signature pads „Sigma“ and „Omega“ which were developed and produced by signotec in Germany. The pads serve as a device for capturing handwritten signatures and support a variety of branches at process optimization. The colourful pads can be applied everywhere, where signatures are captured in paper form. This means that companies can make significant savings related to paper and work which can result in a considerable cost reduction – and what is more, this can all be done in colours!

 The signature pads „Sigma“ and „Omega“ are extremely flat. Especially the smooth surface without edges between the sensor and the housing are unique. This design enables signing to be highly ergonomic and comfortable. As signotec has its own production in Germany, the company can quickly respond to individual customer requirements. For example, all the outer components can be designed in a wide range of different colours. This individual design also considers the customer logos. In this way, the colourful pads can easily become attention-getters in a company.

In everyday use, they are very comfortable and flexible. But at the same time, the pads are also eye-catchers for the signatories“.
The sign pad „Omega“ has a 5-inch full-colour display in VGA resolution and impresses with unbeatable brilliance in displaying of texts and graphics. By displaying more than 65.000 colours, the signature pad „Omega“ is especially suitable for advertising campaigns. When not in use, the pad can serve as a display for free configured slide shows which can provide the customer with information or offers.
The pads are very robust, they offer excellent technical details and have outstanding security mechanisms such as e.g. encrypted data transfer. In addition to the actual signature picture, the characteristic features of the signature are saved as well. This prevents any kind of abuse and ensures authentication. This solution is based on the opinion of an independent handwriting expert, assigned by the court. In addition to that, the system and its software SignoSign were certified by TÜV.
