More than 1.800 Pads optimizing the workflow at the counter

For more than a year now, the Norway Post is optimizing its workflow with the Signature Pads Sigma from signotec.

 More than 1.800 Signature Pads are in use at the customer counters of the Norway Post.

 So for example advisory reports or requests don’t have to be printed out anymore. Due to the Signature Pads they are able to sign directly in the electronic document. The entire procedure is realized without any use of paper.                                                  

The Pad is not only digitalizing the pure static and visual parameter of the signature, its digitalizing the dynamic and biometric data of the signature as well. These will be encrypted and saved tamper-proof in the document.

The project was realized very successful by our Norwegian partner Wincor Nixdorf.
