The Slovenian company Mikrocop has been gaining experience in the field of document management and safe long-term data storage for over three decades. It supports its clients in organisation of comprehensive, standardised and automated processes.

At this year's Mikrocop congress, which was held under the motto „Organisation without paper“, approximately 200 attendees received up-to-date information from various lectures. Reports about scanning, digital signatures, archiving and workflow were part of the agenda of this one-day event. During the breaks, the guests had the opportunity to get further and more detailed information on individual topics.

As Mikrocop's partner, signotec solutions – a subsidiary of signotec GmbH, Germany – presented itself at the congress as well. The general manager Jörg Prinzhorn enabled the guests to become acquainted with the products „Omega“ and „Sigma“ and gave them information on various application possibilities of Signature Pads. „My partners came from banks, insurance companies, service organisations and government departments. They were all excited about the Signature Pads which were developed and made in Germany“, stated Jörg Prinzhorn. „I am sure we will use the opportunity to present our products here at the Conference Centre in Brdo near Ljubljana in the next year as well“. The attendees from banks and insurance companies are taking great interest in the new Signature pad „Omega“ which, with its 5-inch colour display, does not enable them only to capture signatures and to attach them safely to their documents, but also to provide the customer with promotional information such as conditions of offer via slide
shows. „In combination with the Signature Pad „Omega“ and its little brother „Sigma“, we can offer a perfect solution especially for the public sector“, Jörg Prinzhorn said after the event.
