Numerous banks quickly opted for the signotec pads once the pads and related software were approved for bank systems by the GAD, Fiducia and FinanzInformatik IT centres. Thousands of devices have been installed in the interim, contributing to a paperless workflow and consequently greater efficiency in the banks.

The signotec signature pads are used at counters, in personal meetings and at cash points for electronic signing of deposit and withdrawal slips. Up to 95 per cent of documents handled daily are signed in a secure and legally compliant manner. The solution has been well-received by customers as a natural progression of signing in electronic format.
